1.Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits refunded after deduction of any winnings derived from wagers placed while underage.

3.Account Registration and Maintenance

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's Account.

5.Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

bdc888 offers a range of promotional offers and a multi-tier VIP loyalty programme to eligible Players. The following terms apply to all bonus and promotional activity:

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) that must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance at expiry.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be used for placing bets on the Platform. They may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

• VIP tier progression is calculated on a calendar-month basis using qualifying real-money wagers. Tier benefits apply for the duration of the qualifying month plus the following calendar month. bdc888 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and benefits at its discretion.

6.Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following general rules govern all bets and game activity on the bdc888 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdc888 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of a manifest technical error, as determined solely by bdc888.
• In the event of a sports event being cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered after bets are placed, bdc888 will apply its standard void and settlement rules for the relevant sport, which are published in the sports betting help section of the Platform.
• bdc888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet, market, or event at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

9.Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any other way exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of bdc888.

10.Limitation of Liability
